• Ice Cream for Everyone

  Today the children were treated to an ice cream or ice lolly by our Parents’ Association. Along with the welcome balloons and banner at the start of the week, this was a lovely gesture from our PA, so thank you to all involved in making those things happen. • End of Term Reminders

  Dear parent,

  Please take note of the following reminders regarding the end of term: 

  School will close at 12.00pm for P1-P4 and 12.15pm for P5-P7 on Friday 26th March.

   

  There will be no school dinners that day and packed lunches are not required. Please send a snack for break as usual. 

  Non-uniform day on Friday. Please encourage your child to wear something yellow in support of Marie Curie. JustGiving page to donate:

  Our Parents' Association will treat the children to an ice cream/ice lolly on Friday morning - no money required for this.

   

  School will resume for the summer term on Monday 12th April at the usual drop off time of 8.40am - 9.00am.

• School return info for P4-P7 and a few other things

  Dear parent,

  There will be no official weekly update this week, although there has been plenty going on in school recently with P3 snuggle days, P2 Spring walks and our Forest School Day yesterday. 

   

  I have again included, for the attention of our P4-P7 parents, the link to some return to school reminders. We are really looking forward to having the rest of the children back in the school building.

  Lastly, there will be a couple of things happening in school next Friday (26th March) as part of our last day before the Easter break. These are a 'Step into Spring' whole school event, in aid of Marie Curie, linked to 'Give', the last of our 5 Ways Fridays. There will also be a treat from the Parents' Association.
